I’m originally from Chile, where I grew up surrounded by movement, music, and community. Later, life took me to Brazil — and that’s where I first discovered yoga. What started as a curiosity quickly became something deeper: a way to connect with myself beyond just exercise.

When I moved to France, yoga stayed with me through big changes — a demanding job, living with endometriosis, going through fertility treatments, and later becoming a mother. Each step reminded me how important it is to slow down and really listen to my body.

Today, I share yoga as it feels most true to me: gentle, restorative, and accessible. My classes are less about pushing and more about breathing, softening, and creating a space where every woman feels welcome.

✨ Because sometimes the smallest rituals — a breath, a pause, a circle — can change everything.
